The only unique about Stapp voice right now is that it that he can't hit the notes, still he gets to play on Leno...

Do I detect a hint of jealousy and/or bitterness? ;)

I defy you to come up with those twenty singers that sound like Myles. Heck, I defy you to come up with five. Myles voice isn't just unique, its AMAZING. He must have like five octave range.

Tons of people would hear non-Creed songs on the radio and think they were Creed because of Stapp's generic baritone throaty voice.

Stop talking about singing as if you know what you are talking about... You clearly don't.

Yeah But the difference is that there are people who are trying to sound like SCOTT STAPP but myles it trying to sound like other singers from the 80's. See the difference, stapp creates a new sound with his unique voice and myles follows a pattern like a sheep.

Noone sounds like stapp I tell you that now.

Did you even read uncertain's post that you replied and quoted? Stapp does not have a unique voice. Not having a unique voice doesn't mean he's not a good or bad singer. It just means his voice isn't unique.

To me Stapp also has a very good voice that you can recongnize. It might be that he has some influences by Vedder, Bono or other persons, but that's nothing unusual. I also like Myles voice, it's just different style, so what's the point?! He has great technique and feeling in his voice and I would say it's also a voice you can recognize. But let me tell you one thing: There has been so much discussing abot Stapps' voice; it's quite difficult to make an objective discussion on it!
