I gotta agree with Soundgarden, but I really don't get the rest of the choices in this thread. I mean, I like some of the bands, but some of their names are kind of tacky. For example, I love the Doors, but really it's an awful name. Creed is an OK name, but the music speaks for itself. Their name didn't have to be any good. :-)

No, the best of all times is a swedish band named: "Aj fan vad ont det gör att få en cyckel i ryggen". Which would be something like: "Oh fuck, it hurts when someone bikes right into your back". Hahaha, love that one!! :D

I like Foo Fighters. Growing up, there was a local band called Bad Sneakers that played in our town. Dead Kennedys is another favorite.

Hell yeah! That's the first thing I thought of. I seriously think they probably do have the best band name especially when you know how they got it. They were/are "the cream of the crop" of their instruments so hence the name. :cool:
