Wondering Fate of AB
 

I was watching the 100 greatest hard rock songs on vh1 yesterday and during a commercial break, a promo for That Metal Show came on. It showed Slash from GNR talking about his new band, one he formed with Alter Bridge vocalist Myles Kennedy. With this news, I wonder what'll happen to Alter Bridge?

Mark and myles have both stated that AB will always be together, And that even though Myles has a gig with slash and mark, flip and Brian have creed, that is not going to affect alter bridge.

So does this neccesarily mean that Mark, Brian and Scott will go back to Creed for the time being, while myles is doing his thing with Slash?

Well they've (creed) said theye trying to get some shows booked for south America.. But idk if that's gonna happen.. Hopefully Stapp can clear that up during the live chat.. And I asked Erock what was next for him before him and the rest of the stapp band go on tour in April of 2011 and he said "hemme and tremonti" so mark will work on his solo record and Stapp will hopefully finish his up, they are all busy next year.

I don't expect a Creed record next year. It seems its all gonna be solo stuff. strange.

Yeah.. I just don't see how they could make time to..unless they do next fall.. Nobody knows until they get there... But whatever just as long as everyone stays intact..

:laugh: :laugh: we,ve past strange somewhere at some point getting by in simplicity in a perculiar way , from where i see it, i dont see another CREED Record in another 12 months, unless we have pristo, another Full Circle 2, that can happen when you make albums 2 close together,

Exactly!!! Great point!

I'm kind of excited to hear some tremonti solo stuff! He said it won't sound like creed or alter bridge. Maybe a tad heavier than anything he's done before?

:jam: Sounds Perfect For Him At This Time, It Be Cool, Be Working In Between Thrash And Speed Metal, i find it had to structure though odetolife to see tremors getting utlery away from some melodie , how ever i think it will be a refreshing project of where he has right now spirtualy and as the preseverance of artist and plus as a vocalist, will be heaps of therarpy,
