Any Rage Fans?
Any rage fans up in these boards? If so i have several questions...
1)What is your favorite album? 2) What is your favorite song? 3) Who is your favorite member? 4)When did you start liking them? 5)Who do you like more Audioslave, Rage, or Soundgarden? 6) What is your favorite music video? 7) Do you like the rapping they do? 8) I ran out of questions...... |

1: It's a toss-up between the self-titled and the Battle of Los Angeles 2: Ooooh, I can't pick a favorite, but I love Killing in the Name, Know Your Enemy, Testify, Sleep Now in the Fire, Wake Up...Ok, I can't really pick :D 3: Tom Morello 4: After I saw the Matrix (1999, I believe). Wake Up was played at the end of the movie and I went out and bought the self-titled, and I've been hooked since then. 5: Hmmmm, Soundgarden gets the nod by a nose over Rage. Audioslave is third :D 6: I haven't really seen any videos except for the DVD Battle of Mexico, which I love. 7: I'm not usually a fan of rap, but I do enjoy their style and their lyrics. |

I forgot to answer my own questions lol. Anyway... 1) S/T. It has consitantly the best songs on it. Even though Battle for LA is up there. 2) Sleep now in the fire, i would almost set my self on fire if i made up that riff, amazing song. Even though all of Rage's stuff is amazing. 3) Morello, one of my favorite guitarists of all time, his use of effects inspires me to do the same, except with the bass, and plus his riffs are amazing and catchy.then Timmy C, a very under rated bassist, he comes out with some cool stuff. 4) About a year ago, I hate the rapping thats why i didn't like em, until i got use to it. 5) Tough Question, got to go with Rage on this one, Even though cornell is a badass, rage just has killer guitar work, even though Tyail (sp?) is a badass i got to go with morello on this one. I love how Rage fuses funk and hard rock. Rage>Soundgarden>Audioslave 6) Gotta go with No shelter, badass song for a badass video. 7) I got use to it after listening to them a while 8) you are a jackass :) |
Hahah, I was going to ask you to do just that :D.
|
1. Rage Against the Machine
2. Bulls on Parade 3. "Worship the music, not the musicians." 4. 92 5. Soundgarden, Rage a close second, Audioslave a distant third. 6. See 3 7. As long as Morello's on the six string, it doesn't matter what's coming out. |

1)What is your favorite album? I tried to answer that and I just cant! :)
2) What is your favorite song? Bullet in the Head 3) Who is your favorite member? MORELLO! 4)When did you start liking them? My friends were Lockup fans so it was an easy transition when the first album came out cos I loved Tom. I agree with your thoughts on Tim too!!!! 5)Who do you like more Audioslave, Rage, or Soundgarden? Another I cant, in fact, refuse to answer...:) 6) What is your favorite music video? hmm, sleeps pretty good 7) Do you like the rapping they do? I like their contribution to speaking out against the injustice etc in the world! But firstly, I was drawn to Morello's playing. |
1) The Battle of Los Angeles
2) Calm Like A Bomb 3) Morello 4) Couple years ago, after I got into Audioslave 5) Audioslave, followed closely by Soundgarden 6) Renegades of Funk 7) Not really, at least that's not why I listen to the band (for that, see #3) 8) OK |
