I will not accept failure like I've accepted this disease
One day at a time I'll bring this to it's knees
With deception in my heart, everything falls
Rotting from inside to breach the walls

Tragedy in the making
My heart is breaking
Disposing the guilt
And the walls I built

My heart bleeds out the lies I've choked upon
Unveiling the truth of a life lived all wrong
The sun breaks the horizon and paints the sky red
Just as my heart when I was dead

I was slain to the past
Just like the shadow I cast
But I live despite my design
And now victory is mine.

I really would be interested to see what you could come up with w/o the simple rhymes. They just suffocate the piece.

Ask Torn Signs (Kim). She likes my none rhyming stuff more than rhyming. To Me writing without rhyme is pointless, but I have done it several times. I will go look to find them and post them just for you. <3
