Well I guess we need to figure out if people are willing to stay with others to have a nicer hotel room. I am willing to share a room to be able to stay in a place that is nicer, than pay $79.00 a night to stay in a hole in the wall to have a room to my own. So I guess we need to figure this out before we start looking.

I saw there is CreedFeed meet and greet thing going on in Las Vegas. Can someone tell me more about this and when it is? I'd love to go. I live 6 hrs from LV.

Welcome to Creedfeed Trixie. Our Creedfeed Fests are basically a bunch of the members of this bulletin board getting together in a city to spend time together, some of us getting to know each other, others catching up on what's been happening. We are a good bunch of people and we'd love for you to make it to the Spring Fest in Vegas. We're looking at the weekend of April 29-May2 (you can check back on this thread for the exact dates, I'm not sure right now). Let us know!

I'm pretty flexible with the hotel stuff, as long as the place has inside access and is clean.

Hey, Teri which airport did you and Linda fly out of last year? You might have more traveling buddies this time around!

Kris, when we went to Orlando we left on Air Tran out of Philly. Spirit Airlines flys out of Atlantic City, much more convenient, but MUCH more expensive. So I'll probably do Philly again in the Spring. How long are you guys planning on going out?? I'd love the company!! Not a big fan of flying by myself. I'll be going from Thursday to Sunday.

All I know is I can't wait to go!!! So is everyone going to rent a car or just a few? I am going to look into another SUV, I liked that in Orlando.

I don't think I'm renting this trip. I can taxi it to the hotel and some of the hotels that are not on the strip have shuttles back and forth TO the strip. I'll gladly share the expense of someone else's car though.

How many did we comfortably fit in the Monterro? I think it was 5 right? If people would be willing to share the expense i will do that again! Even 2 people helping would be ok. If not then that is fine also, I will get one either way.

Teri we'll probably do Thursday to Sunday as well! As far as renting a car/suv Steve and I will be happy to split expenses with someone! I can't imagine not having a vechicle! LOL Everyone is probably afraid to drive with me (Sally lead foot) after Orlando hugh? I know Sheila and I had fun that first night! I plan on renting the SUV so whoever is interested in pitching in is fine with me. I know Sheila you may want to especially if you are getting there like me for a week. We can arrive at the general same time or I can come back to the airport to pick you up and we can go from there. I love to drive and explore in new areas! :D

That sounds like a plan then. Steve will probably do most of the driving because he has a good sense of direction. NOT ME!! Not to mention Jen thinks she's Sally lead foot, none of you have driven with me! I'm very bad when it comes to speeding. Never when my kids are in the car though! I'm still trying to figure out why I haven't ever gotten a ticket yet! *knocks on wood*

Sally lead foot!! You crack me up, Jen. I loved driving around Orlando with you that first night. Awesome memories!! That sounds great to me. Like you said in an earlier post, this will be my big trip next year too so I'm going to make the best of it and plan to go for a week. I love to explore new places too so that sounds great!! It's going to be soooo much FUN!!!

Oh, I'm already soooo many pages behind. So fill me in! It sounds like some of you are driving to Vegas? Or is it getting cars while we are there? I think I'll fly thank you very much. Are we set on any dates yet? LET ME KNOW!!!

Amy, we're looking at the last weekend in April. Some of us are going Thursday 4/29 through Sunday 5/2. Others are staying the week. And we're discussing rental cars, who's renting and who's not. And I sincerely hope you'll be able to make the trip!!!

Kris, Steve and I went to the Comedy Stop at the Tropicana tonight in Atlantic City (where we had a blast!!) and they spoke of the Comedy Stop at the Tropicana in Las Vegas. We should DEFINITELY check that out while we're out there!!!

It was awesome! We had a great time! Have to do that again soon. Definitely have to check it out in Vegas!

Well, I don't mind being on the strip if it's not ridiculously expensive. But some of the hotels off the strip are just as nice and some run shuttles to and from the strip every 15 mins or so. So whatever you guys who are staying the week want to do, we'll follow. Just let us know once you all confer! :)

Taking a shuttle to me is fine, I guess it is what we find and the prices. who is going to share rooms?

Steve and I have been discussing something! I can't really get too much into detail because I have to go over a few things with my Dad to see if it can happen! I do need to know however how many are definitely going besides me and Steve! If this does pan out Steve and I will be going for the week instead! It might help some of you save some money but like I said I can't get into detail yet!

I'm fine with taking a shuttle too and you can definitely count me in, Kris. I hope you and Steve can make it for the whole week!! I'll look at some hotel info this weekend and see what I find out and let all of you know what I find.
