Regarding Weathered and Human Clay - I used to think that Weathered was betteer than Human Clay. My view has since changed. Weathered is a great, solid album and I love it, but, as was previously stated, it is a clean sounding album. Now that the hype of the Weathered album is pretty dead, I've been listening to all Creed songs again and have come to enjoy that raw sound we got in My Own Prison and even Human Clay. The clean sound is great, it's just that I prefer the raw sound more.

well tons of people probably just bought HC for With Arms Wide Open
Or perhaps for Higher? That was a well-played (some may even say overplayed) for over a year, even after WAWO was released (if memory serves me correctly). I would have to say Higher is the reason b/c it incorporates both deep lyrics and a very hard-rocking sound (WAWO doesn't rock quite as hard as Higher).

I don't believe nothing that you said about you heard, you can heard it, but is not true :peace:
But let's face it! Stapp was at least drunk at the Chicago-consert 12-29/02. That's a fact! It could be drogs too. But I really do not hope that it was!
Who gives a rip wether he was drunk or not :wtf: It really isn't any of our business what he does!

RMadd 10-28-2003 06:15 PM

Got that right! As I believe has been said in a different thread before, isn't rock 'n' roll all about getting drunk and high? What would a rock concert be w/o a member of the band being either? You may not agree with it, but it's inherent in the genre, as much as cars, women, and bling-bling are part of rap.

hey mates,

actually i think its a quality question, beside the other happenings...

as a comparisson take Alaniss Morisette, in my opinion she is a great musician and her Albums always had a extremly high quality, how much albums did she realeased? 2 or 3? i dont know exactly. each album was great IMO. quality before quantity :D

Actually, I believe it's both... Higher originally got sales when the album was released. Keep in mind when WAWO was released as a single, they also reprinted the HC cd to include bonus tracks of WAWO (strings version and album version). Both songs helped contribute to the albums record sales.

hey i'm pretty new to this board but whoever said that nickelback's new album is just a rehashing of there last album is wrong. they have there own sound, and they are progressing. theres my two cents.

Fair enough.... I guess it's just b/c I don't particularly care for Nickelback (damn Canadians!) and I don't have a stomach strong enough to listen to them closely.

DangerousDan85 10-29-2003 06:46 PM
