I agree, and I'm not usually one for greatest hits CDs, but this one has so many of my U2 faves, that I do give it a listen often.

I'm watching the news. They are hyping the crap out of the snow. You'd think we were getting a blizzard instead of 3 inches or so. They've spent the whole half hour on this storm. It's WINTER (well almost, technically) and guess what? It SNOWS. Bah, I hate local news sometimes.

talking about u2 i heard the new version of "one" that has mary j. blythe on it the other day. the mention of her name would normally make me convulse but this version is REALLY, REALLY good! :) it has bono at the start, her in the middle and he comes back at the end. her voice makes the song really soulful and really brings out the lyrics IMO.
