what's your favorite Horror film. For the scariest I would go with "The Candyman". For my favorite comedic one I would go w/ "The Leprechaun". The Leprechaun kicks ass.

Scariest, I have to go with this one called Dead Again. Favorite, I really don't have one. I am not into horror films that much. I heard Jeepers Creepers was pretty scary though.

The Exorcist. No question, for me that was the scariest.

The older movies like Halloween 1, and Exorcist, Nightmare on Elm Street. But honestly the movie that freaks me out the most is Helter Skelter about Charlie Manson, I remember being scared to death to move off the couch the first time I saw that movie!!!!!!  He is one bad ass freak!!!!!

I made my best friend leave with me out of Nightmare on Elm Street. I never went back to the theater to see a horror movie after that one. She was pissed. :embarass: I love horror books, but I hate horror movies.

I love horror books and movies!!!!! Nothing better than turning out all the lights and lighting candles and watching a good horror flick!!!!!!! I love Halloween time, I make it a yearly tradition to rent good movies on Halloween night and light my jack-o-lanterns and sit in the dark and watch spooky movies!!!!!! It is the BEST!!!!

Teri and PaulMcCoygirl, I'll have to agree with you. The Exorcist was piss-in-your-pants, don't-watch-with-the-lights-out scary. Like when Regan turns her head all the way around...ewwww!
Spice World was pretty scary, too. But so was The Hot Chick, The Animal, and other Rob Schneider flicks.

Yes this is a scary movie!!!!!! Do you have the DVD?? It has new sceens on it and it has her coming down the stairs on her hands and knees flipped upside down!!! FREAKY!!! It's the scariest sceen Ive seen!!!
I just bought Nightmare on Elm Street on DVD and let my 13 yr old daughter see it and she laughed at me and said that is NOT scary MOM!!! Can you believe that??? Although watching it again, it does seem a lil hokey!!! Not even as scary as it was when we were young.
I also loveeeee scary books and movies!!! Dean Koontz is my fav!!!
