Four concert attendees at the December 29th Creed show in Chicago, IL have filed a class action lawsuit against the band demanding a refund of their money. The four individuals claim that Stapp was drunk or on drugs before the show and the band continued on with knowledge of his condition, rather than cancelling the show and offering a refund. The individuals filing the suit are asking for a refund of the ticket price plus parking costs.
