i heard about that today as well i hope this isn't the end? Amy and Ben really were that band, lets hope they can find at least as good a replacement.

it would be just like Tremonti leaving it will be difficult for them to be as good as they were.

I'm not a big fan of theirs, and I'm wondering if maybe their rise was a little bit too much too fast. The story said they formed in the late 90s and they seemed to be overnight sensations at least with this first album. Plus, haven't Amy and Ben been friends and writing music together since they were in high school? Maybe he just needs a break.

Hmm... that's kind of weird. Obviously something is up between him and the band.

Amy and Ben werent friends until a summer camp, and they went out for a while, now they are friends. As for him leaving, I heard he was sick. Or has been a lot, so he was taking a break to find out whats going on.

The way the articles sound he's left the band, but the enews windup sent just sounds like he's taking a break from the tour...but with him just waking up and leaving without really giving notice makes you wonder

no matter who they get to take his place it won't be the same

wow, what are they going to do about their tour?? I was going to take my daughter to see them in Hollywood at the end of the month for her Birthday!! I think she has decided for Sea World instead, good thing I guess huh?? That's a bummer, they are really good, I like them!!

I hope he'll be okay and that he hasen't actually quit the band but all reports suggest that he just left without notice. If he does leave they won't be the same. Their rise was so sudden Wind-Up did help them in that area though but giving them a year to experience "life".

I haven't heard anything 'bout him officially leaving. I saw that yesterday, I think of billboard's website. Kinda surprising, but I'm sure they don't want to release too much info just yet. Let's just hope he's alright.
