What works for me if I'm totally down... Puttin' on "One Last Breath" in my CD-player at home or in my car! Play it very LOUD!! And sing/scream every word together with Scott... until I break down and cry. I just let it all come out and in the end I feel so relieved. Every once in a while all that stress has to come out, one way or another!

That works like therapy for me, CREED-therapy!

Maybe this sounds stupid to some of you but it works for me!
