What Is “Real”

Aldous Huxley and his doors of perception
Did they open our minds?
Were they just a deception?
Was it freedom of thought
Or subconscious condition
That brought us all down
In dazed submission?

As it was then
It is so now
Nothing has changed
Yet we know somehow
If we believe
If we hold our ground
It’s not of this world
Where our peace is found

Where ever we look future shock reigns
Planned media blitz
Aimed to drive us insane
What we’re told is freedom
Is controlled by the strings
Of devious Presidents…
Queens and their Kings

There will be wars
For world domination
From long ago plans
Drawn without trepidation

As it was then
It is so now
Nothing has changed
Yet we know somehow
If we believe
If we hold our ground
It’s not of this world
Where our peace is found

Because if so, then "real" is just electronical impulses to your brain.

...a lot of concepts in the Matrix seemed to make sense...like the DOORS OF PERCEPTION were flung wide open, huh...
