the guitar work on that album is very good i must say. he is a very good guitarist but vocals are his strongest point.

Yeah, but, that's probably because he had to make a choice, and the choice was made a decade ago...if he had chosen the other way, he would have been even better...but, in any case, I think that he chose wisely... |

that is a good point and i think he made the right choice. a lot of people given some level of talent can become guitar virtuosos given enough time and practice. singing however although one can practice is something different. one can't be the best singer in the world if the talent isn't there to begin with, although it can always be improved.

My thoughts as well...in the realm of music, we DEFINITELY needed Myles more as a singer than as a guitarist, and, considering how it all turned out, well, it's perfect now, cos with AB, we have a badass guitarist and a badass singer...whoo hoo!!! Myles Kennedy rules!!! |
