Just Got Back From The Foo Fighters!!!

OMG!! What a kick ass show!! See I like the Foo Foo's, I just don't know all of their stuff like I know some of my favorite bands, but they are TOTALLY AWESOME!! I'm a huge fan now!! They really put on a GREAT SHOW...And being as how much I love the drums, their drummer was pretty kick ass too!! They really rocked the house tonite!! Oh and Dogstar, if you read this: Didn't you have the Metallica concert tonight? Or is it coming up soon?? I need details!! lol....I'll be going 2 weeks from this Sunday (my shows the 27th) and I'm really curious as to how much of St Anger they do...I'm not too impressed so far with it and I'm REALLY hoping they do more of their older stuff....would really appreciate feeback, but you usually do, sooo, I'm waiting for your review!!

Glad you had such a blast at the Foos! They definitely rock. And their drummer, Taylor Hawkins, is awesome (not to mention very cute

)...Rumor has it they are coming back to my area, so I'm keeping my eyes peeled for info. I definitely want to see them again. They are a blast!

I know, I would definately see them again!! Dave is soo talented, the man can do it all!! And as for Taylor...WOW!! Nice upper body too!! lol

That cool! I like some of their stuff. I really like Dave Grohl since before Kurt Cobain died, he played drums for Nirvana.

It most definately was H4S!! They were sooo good! I'm not what you'd call a HUGE fan (like I am with Creed and some others) although I do like them ALOT and they put on a REALLY good show...If you ever get the chance to see them, I say GO!!

I know, I like their music as well, but I am not obsessed either, LOL. I am always up for a good concert and believe me, I am itching for a good show. I wish it was Creed season. LOL!

Great, thanks. I will go to their site now. I think the Dave Matthews show is tonight, here in N. Little Rock. I would have liked to see them as well. I am pretty sure it was tonight.

I know, I live for concerts!! Last night was the start of three weekends of concerts. Next Saturday is Ozzfest, that's the show I'm most looking forward to...then the next Sunday (27th) is the Metallica show, thanks again DS for the report...then nothing til August...My daughter and I are driving to Utah (we live in Mn) for Lollapalooza (8/21) and then the we have the 3DD/Trapt/Seether concert at the state fair (8/31)...these are the things that keep me going!! I'm a concert junkie, just like Dogstar!!

! I hope you have a rockin' time. I do have Lollapalooza and Radiohead coming up. And I'm sneaking in a Les Claypool show on Wednesday night! I have to work an earlier shift for some seminar, and I'm getting out just in time for the show!

There's not much coming here that I really care for.
I got on ticketmaster and did a search and the only ones coming up around here that I would consider are:
Poison/Vince Neal
3DD/Seether/OLP

Those were the only somewhat decent ones. The rest was pretty much The Dixie Chicks and Norah Jones. Not really my cup of tea.

The Foo Fighters only showed one date in Washington or somewhere.

I love the foo fighters!!! They are one of my top 5 fav bands!!!! I would loveeeeeeee to see them in concert!!!!!!! Dave really does have it all, he is soooo talented!!!! I'm glad you had a blast at the concert!!!
