I get an aching awful pain in my legs and arms sometimes...i asked my mum what it was and she said probably growing pains. Did it ache? Growing pains SUCK

i have chest pains alot... its not astma its like back muscles and stuff tightening up. i get it all the time after swim practice or any hard work out. i was told to put a heating pack on it and i also have certian exercizes to do for them.
