Vegas Fest

Ok folks, I'm a little more awake now than I was last night. So here is the rundown of our weekend in Sin City!!

Thursday afternoon, Dogstar, Luvscott4ever and I met at Bally's in Vegas. We kicked around and I threw my cash into every slot machine I could find!! We saw the Butterfly Conservatory at the Bellagio, gambled a little more and then after dinner we headed back to the room to await Aimee's arrival. Unfortunately, I think I slept through most of that.

We found a casino that had bingo on Friday, so we pretended we were all 75 years old and headed down to the Frontier for some bingo (we came close to waiting but didn't win anything). Next, we went in search of the big slushy drinks we kept seeing. These people were all walking around with these slushy daquiri-looking drinks in large plastic Eiffel Towers and Big Blue Hot Air Balloons from the Paris Hotel and Casino. Mission accomplished!! Or as they say at the Paris, Fete Accompli!! Souldancer arrived at the hotel around 7 and we all headed to the Bellagio so that the others could see the butterflies, which were beautiful! We headed down to New York New York then to the Tropicana. We went to the Comedy Stop and saw the most hysterically funny comedians. We were screaming our head off laughing, it was phenomenal. We also saw this really cool trapeze show, two shirtless hotties flying through the air above the slot machines. Now THAT was nice eye-candy. Now THAT'S entertainment!! Later Friday night we went to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and closed the place. We all finally crawled into the room around 3:00 a.m.

Saturday we headed back to NY NY to have lunch at Nine Fine Irishmen, a fantastic Irish Pub at that hotel. A delicious meal, fun lively conversation and this chocolate thing for dessert that was sinful!!!!! After the meal, Aimee and I took a bumpy yet thrilling ride on the Manhattan Express roller coaster at the casino. Then we headed for M & M World, where I gained 10 pounds just looking at all the many different colors of M & M's available.

Saturday night it was off to the Hard Rock, where we had our own private VIP booth. We made instant friends with the servers and toasted to our missing Creedfeed Festers with a round of Buttery Nipples. We ate, drank and got VERRRRRRRY MERRRRRRYY! We sang One Last Breath, put a ketchup tattoo on souldancer and shared many many laughs. The bartender even bought us a round of shots, how cool was that?? After a side trip to a club that was supposed to be a rock club but was really a punk dive, we headed to Treasure Island and spent the better part of the night at a club called Kahunaville. I can't get into too much detail, but let's just say it was awesome!!!

Sunday we went back to the Mirage to see the white tigers, took the tram to Treasure Island and then walked over to the Frontier for more bingo (we are gluttons for punishment, aren't we?). We headed back towards Bellagio, with a quick stop at Ghirardelli for some ice cream. We went over to the watch the fountains at the Bellagio, which was the perfect ending to an incredible and fun-filled weekend. We went back to the hotel to relax for a bit. Then Aimee and souldancer went to a show and the rest of us just relaxed until it was time for my flight to leave. This was, without question, one of the best trips I've ever taken. I can honestly say we all got along great, we never conflicted with what we did or didn't want to do. I can't say enough how much I love these ladies, how much fun they are to be with, how much their friendship means to me. I only hope that our future get togethers will be as great and that more of you guys can make it. It's definitely a vacation to remember.

Sounds like you all had the most amazing time!! I wish I could have gone, maybe when I win Lotto, I'll come to America, it sounded like SO MUCH FUN!!! Well, I probably won't be able to do half of the things you guys did, being under age and all (DAMN LAW!!)

Thanks for sharing that Teri, I'm glad everyone enjoyed themselves
