Ok i have the problem of playing the tapping in you stand here with me. So i started thinkin maybe it isnt tapping take a look...

If you're talking about the solo..I just watched the vid from East Rutherford, and honestly it looks like a whole lot of tapping going on...his picking hand is barely moving at all.....I can see each time he picks the string and it's only a few times.....
Olympics would have been perfect to see what he is doing but they pan out of the tight shot just a millisecond before he starts that part.

I believe it is a lot of pull-offs. You have to work your hands a lot to be able to do that, I'm almost there. I can play the rest of the song, just not the solo.

when i do tap the 15 it rings way to loud and impossible. there has to be a trick to it, plz help!

It's not tapping. It's fast picking.

Put your index on the 14th fret , middle on the 15th fret and use your pinky for the 17th and 19th frets. Start practising the picking slowly, then build up your speed.
