Hey guys, I can't seem to connect to my steam account. When i try to login it sits there for 20 seconds and then pops up saying to check my internet. I already tried to delete the .blob file

I looked everywhere in settings of the steam application, but i just can't find out how i can disable it to start when i boot my comp, having to manually close it everytime i boot is getting old.
