Personal Prayer Request

Hey guys!

I have a personal prayer request. I just found out today that I am going to have to have surgery to get my gallbladder removed. Unfortunately there are some gallstones formed in my gallbladder, and it needs to come out! The surgery has already been set for this coming Friday, due to the amount of pain I've been enduring.

I would appreciate if any prayers could be given for my surgery and nerves. It will be my very first surgery ('sides wisdom teeth), so I am nervous!

Thanks!

Don't worry! Earlier this year, my grandmother, who is 70, had gallstones removed and it was a piece of cake - no complications! Good Luck!

Same with me, one of my co-workers had hers removed was back up and around in no time. We'll be thinking of you!!

Good Luck! I work with these type of patients in the hospital, they usually go home the next day without complications!

Sending you healing thoughts - I had my gall bladder out in 1998....(and no, I am not quite 70 ) it was simple procedure - the HMO moved me in and out within 6 hours.... I did have some pain after from what I call Phantom gall stones,,,but not much. You will do fine. Take good care -

I'll definitely say a prayer or two for you! My dad and brother had theirs removed with no problems, by the way. Best of luck.

Guess what? I got Strep Throat and had to move the surgery date back! Ugh. So...my surgery will be Jan. 17th! But thanks for all your prayers and thoughts guys. It's good to read your comforting words!
