We are trying to sell some of our 3 acres of land, that we bought with our house, and my friend Melody's family knows a realtor from their church back home. They talked with him about our property and everything, and he said that our property could have gone for twice as much as we paid for it! Thats just with the property! He said that he would be willing to help us out with selling the property that we want to sell and he would be willing to even come here and scope out or property to help decide on a price for it as well!

Sounds like such a responsibility, but it also sounds like U have the right people around to help so it would be good to take advantage of that for sure!

Our pastor from church called here last night and I guess his nephew is going to be moving here from Iowa, so Pastor Joel called here cuz he knew that my basement was still open. So I may have a new renter down there as of tonight

Plus we are looking into selling some of our land and we found a realtor that is willing to help us and to come down and scope the land out and help us find out how much it will be worth and what we need to do to get things rolling!
I am very, very excited and hoping that everything will just fall into place!

I hope you all have a great day I need to have some lunch and go downstairs and get some cleaning done
