Re: Scott Stapp Solo Acoustic Tour
Set of Solo Shows - Kicking Off This Fall In San Bernar
Hot off the heels of his summer amphitheater tour with Creed, lead singer Scott Stapp has announced he is launching an exclusive solo tour this fall. Kicking off in San Bernardino, CA on September 30th at San Manuel Amphitheater the tour will hit cities across the US, with select dates in Canada, before wrapping on November 20th in Halifax, NS at the Casino Nova Scotia – Schooner Showroom. Performing a 90 minute set, fans can expect to hear new material from Stapp as well as selections from his solo album The Great Divide, and Creed favorites. Presales are available for the tour on Scott’s website www.scottstappofficial.com. Fans can also purchase VIP ticket packages for most dates that include a meet and greet and photo opportunity. Stapp, the unmistakable voice of Creed, has long been known as a deeply passionate songwriter. Getting to the heart of that, Stapp has planned a uniquely personal “VH1 Storytellers” type tour. He explains, “I'm stripping down all the Creed hits, as well as my solo material, in a manner that fans have never heard before but have long been screaming for.” A true must see for Creed fans delivered as only one of the most prolific Rock ‘n’ Roll frontman/songwriters of our time can. In 2009, Stapp reunited with Creed to record their fourth album, Full Circle, preceding its October 27 release with an extensive US tour playing to full capacity crowds. The band returned to the stage this summer and is currently on the road performing for a 24-date run wrapping in Texas at the beginning of September. SCOTT’S Official solo dates are as follows: September 30th San Bernardino, CA San Manuel Amphitheater October 1st Fountain Hills, AZ Fort McDowell Resort & Casino October 9th Las Vegas, NV Rocks Lounge at Red Rock Resort Casino October 10th Reno, NV Silver Legacy Resort & Casino October 16th Enoch, AB River Creek Resort & Casino November 6th Biloxi, MS Hard Rock Hotel & Casino November 13th Wendover, NV Peppermill Hotel & Casino November 20th Halifax, NS Casino Nova Scotia – Schooner Showroom **Presales and VIP packages available via www.scottstappofficial.com** Understanding the importance of helping those less fortunate, in October of 1999 Scott launched the charity "With Arms Wide Open,” that later became the “Scott Stapp Foundation” in 2005 (www.scottstappfoundation.com)... After the earthquake in Haiti in 2009, Scott and his charity partnered with the Wheelchair Foundation's "Plane To Haiti" initiative, assisting in relief efforts that provided over three tons of medical supplies and medical staff to the damaged areas. Stapp’s other charitable efforts include a USO tour with Creed performing shows to support the troops over seas. As the lead singer of the Grammy award-winning band Creed, Scott Stapp has provided the soundtrack for an entire generation of rock fans; internationally, he has sold over 35 million records with 26 million sold in the U.S alone. Creed received a Diamond certificate with their second album Human Clay, which also debuted at # 1 on the Billboard Album chart. This album featured the hit single “With Arms Wide Open,” a song that was written for Stapp’s first-born child, Jagger Michael. Stapp also released a solo record, “The Great Divide” in 2005 which was certified platinum by the RIAA. Re: Scott Stapp Solo Acoustic Tour
I am a little put off by the 35 and 55 ticket price considering what I paid to see Creed this year. Not to mention the facility fees. 45 and 65.

Perhaps this should be in the Scott Stapp board.

Re: Scott Stapp Solo Acoustic Tour
im on his ignore list, which does show a great reflection of a lot of common cense, but i think he needs to be promted to one of our montiors, Since, Dogstar, is busy now days, you are right indeed thats why scotts forum is here, i dont find this tour unexpected, with stappys yeah on off changing tours albums, they he would want to go ahead, and get a tour out, in case other things for whatever reason must be prosponed, PEACE BE WITH IT IN JESUS NAME, And Glory To The Almighty, we will see how it goes,

Re: Scott Stapp Solo Acoustic Tour
How are you going to go about asking him about his voice? Might want to really put some thought into that. Don't get me wrong, I would love to know myself but he may turn a little cold after the first question unless it's phrased right and maybe it kind of tricks him into giving us something. For example, you maybe could ask him,
Are you using any different singing techniques than you did in the past? Is it true you have an allergy condition that effects your singing? I notice that your voice will be great one concert and then you may have some trouble the next, Do you have a condition that effects your singing? As apposed to, what the hell is wrong with your voice? |

Perhaps this should be in the Scott Stapp board. I'm actually glad it was posted in here or I would have never seen it. I never go to Scott's section. I agree though it really isn't a Creed topic. |

Re: Scott Stapp Solo Acoustic Tour
i dont think its due to allergys, as much as some as lead to believe, and with all due respects i believe he is learning that for himself, stapp is made openings for us all , with his spirtualtiy unleashed in creed, and man just to be hontest i dont want him to ever loose it, or anything in store for him which always circle Back To God And The Roots Of His Life, there be few thats few, for him, but care about him, and keeping him on his rightfull path in GOD, i see stapp as going what Ankain Skywalker, please nobody laugh, Lucas Showed A perfect Reflection Of How a conflict is, Now there be many for him, which i can number to like a handfull, but do restrain him sometimes through ignorants and other times through bullets that live with all thats dead, but he has the ruin of the warrior it be in his blood, if by that alone he will overcome, stapp is one of the most kind souls thats out there, and always worried of the other parties sometimes ya cant, sometimes you just gotta let go let GOD, Love And Truth, always moves the darkness away, i would be the first to say his voice changes with his spirtual, warfare, he is a fighter and being hit of where he as right now, im sure his fans and peps would 100 percent agree and back him, Resolved IF he would just say that anyway, The Story Would,nt keep changing when it comes to his voice, stapps fan base or those strugling in same areas, they would support him, scotts fans would support him more than anyone, they know something aint right, scott was raised in the way of tough of love, so have i, myself, Im praying For Him The Very Best, through out the stages right now of his music And Calling In GOD, thats what the hell is wrong wit he voice, Thanks Man For The Feedback BLESSINGS AND STRENETH,

Re: Scott Stapp Solo Acoustic Tour
A friend of mine in Facebook told me about Scott coming to Halifax this fall... I plan on going with my sister in law and any of my friends and other family members who want to go too!!!
I have never seen Creed, Alter Bridge or Scott live so this will be a new and very happy experience for me. I've been flying high ever since I got the note from my friend last week. I'm hoping to see some of my fellow Passion Breeds Followers and CreedFeed members there, so if anyone plans on attending the Halifax show, let me know please!! I would love to meet y'all face to face!!
