Prayer for a Friend
Hey guys! My dear friend is in the hospital tonight; she is 8 months pregnant and has developed preecclampsia. They have put her on bed rest since Thursday, but it is not getting better. She is most likely going to need an emergency c-section either tonight or tomorrow morning.
Her blood pressure has been dangerously high for the last few days, and it keeps climbing. They are worried for her safety, as well as the baby. We don't even talk about the worst case scenario, because that would be death for either or both of them. As you can imagine, we're all pretty scared. She is 23, and has two precious little girls waiting for her at home. Her name is Tiffany, and the baby's name is Noah. Please lift them up with me. |

Re: Prayer for a Friend
Thank you so much!
It was a very rough few days, with doctors giving her a bunch of different stories and opinions. On Monday morning a specialist came in to see her, and told her all the other doctors were crazy and they induced her within the hour. Tiffany and Noah are both happy and healthy. He weighed 5 lbs, so he is a bit smaller than anticipated, but he is perfect. |

Re: Prayer for a Friend
Glad to hear that Savannah.
I passed this along to some other people on a couple of other boards, and I was like "I really don't know all the details, but can you pray anyway?" I'm glad to hear they're both doing well. Thank God for that. Jason |
