i know poor girl i like her posting makes me feel better not that i dig the idea that the girl is having hardtime ive kept in prayer strongly but let me put it to you this way sometimes the last thing i need is a happy person that song by rem shinie happy people the first time i heard that one i was like KILL ME NOW!!! Unless u have done other things, like seen a councillor etc, and it wasnt enough, I wouldnt get on those things. they suck! My mum was on em and couldnt get off em. Do all U can not to I say.

alot of it is knowing what brought it on, like at what point did U notice a change, and talkin to someone that is trained to know what U can do. Most of the time it can be fixed that way. Mine was. I had depression for 7 years.
