I know there was a thread about avatars not too long ago but I can't find it and I really think it is time for me to get one...

i cant figure out how to resize pics to avatar size. I have this cool Jimmy Page GIF, and its him moving back and forth playing guitar. i'm pretty sure it can be done, i saw someone else with it as an avatar.
