For me, it was MOP. I had hit a really rough spot in my life. I was contemplating ending life almost every day. Then one day, i was listening to the radio and this INCREDIBLE song came on. I was like crying by the end of that song because I related to it so much. After that, I bought MOP the album, and I've been hooked ever since!!

I was telling dangerous dan that once he moves to tennessee he should come with me and my friends to the little rock shows. I was just telling him that we (my friends and I) had a blast last time. sorry for the confusion.

I edited it above and added the quote so no one else will wonder.

No, seriously, as long as you are with a friend or make friends with the people in line with you, they will usually hold your spot because they'll have been in line with you all day. At Ft. Wayne we were lucky, because even though we were outside the better part of the day, the venue was open for other, smaller events, so we could basically go in and out as often as we liked. Have to admit, that was a nice venue.

fuck the cup, bring on the cathader (sp?) that way i wont have to leave my spot...

i don't think you would want a catheter. maybe one of those penis shaped containers, but a catheter is painful as crap and usually requires hospitalization. I don't think they just give you one and send you on your merry way. I had to have one with both deliveries of my children, and you know sometimes when you are in the hospital they will give you one, but gross!!!!!!!

I love being a nurse for many reasons... one being when a male patient, (usaully 25-35 is the worst,) I have the ablility of making his catheter removal not so rosey, you see the catheter is held in with a balloon, and when you go to take it out you deflate the balloon, and OOOOO it hurts like a SOB if the balloon is not fully deflated!!! Young men patients are the absolute WORST to take care of!! They are so damn whinny and act like 2 year olds half the time, my 90 year old patients do circles around my young patients when it comes to physical rehab!! I guess it is a generation thing, no sense of hard work for many! NOT EVERYONE but I have had my share of asshole male patients!

To all the men who are reading this thread, I apologize in advance. But I just have to say:

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Sorry, that just makes me laugh. I had a catheter when Amanda was born (scheduled C section) and that sucked. I can't imagine having a penis and having that thing inserted or removed. Ouch. Sorry guys, but I have to laugh.

Well, for me it was when I saw the video for WTLF on MTV in '98. I didn't really know who Creed was at the time, but I did love the video and the song. Then in '99 I started hearing Higher played on the radio and also in the trailer for the movie Titan AE.... not too long after that I saw the video for What If. Of course by this time I was absolutely and totally hooked and I have been an obsessed woman ever since!
