It says on Wind-Up; "Don't hold your breath for a DVD"...So I guess it won't come out! They said that the DVD would come out in 60 days...That's now. Where can I get it then??

Personally, I don't mind waiting another year (now we're almost down to 11 months!) because, as has been previously stated, the overall quality of the album will likely be much better. Weathered, I felt, was not that great because it was written and recorded in a relatively short period of time. I agree with Steve regarding Nickelback--they just don't impress me that much. I don't know how some artists (I'm thinking mainly rap and pop artists) are able to put out albums in such a short period of time... but the music is oftentimes simpler, and sometimes not even written by the artists themselves. Rock music, it seems to me, is far more complex, and requires greater attention to detail.

Alot of people, including me would say tha weathered in more then a few aspects is just a rehash of human clay. Of course one could go with the notion that it's always most common with a band third album to pick various features from the first two. Weathered picking the solid production of human clay "weathered" "one last breath" and "my scrafice" and the gritty polical edge from my own prison "signs."
But what actual growth that took place on weathered was on hide and who's got my back. No one can deny that it was rushed, and that it was also a contractual agreement album as well. As I have said, it's always good to pick up where the first two albums left off, but for godsake push the envolpe here. Don't get me wrong, weathered was a good album, but not up to par with my own prison and human clay, and I have my reasons I sure people are contious of. Kinda like what godsmack did with faceless, it's basically the same thing as awake, almost virtuly the same album but slightly tweaked from awake. Just a bit more gloss. Totally dissmissing the fact it took 2-1/2 years to make.

I don't consider Weathered a rehasing of Human Clay. Weathered is fairly different from HC. I'd almost go as far as saying Weathered took a step back from HC...

Yeah, I think it's a different sound all together, except for maybe Freedom Fighter, Signs and Bullets.

Is sort of a rehashing and sort of isn't (WAWO and MySac both about Jagger; What If and Bullets about the media). However, Weathered most certainly IS a step back and not a continuation. If it were every bit as good as and similar to HC, shouldn't it have gone Diamond by now? Overall, Weathered has a less optimistic tone than does HC.

its a more cleaner sounding album, Stapp's vocals were much better, a progession in hide and who's got my back and more extremes eg: from bullets to lullaby. saying that this album needs to push the envelope and do something different not make HC or MOP part 2 like some here would like.

accually....tho the Lyrics in Bullets was about the same subject...it was quite a different song than What If?.....it was much harder....more agressive

I'd like to see more harmonies included, even if it's all Stapp.

Just be patient
Creed will have a new album out when they are ready to do it! As far as the Weathered album goes, its my favorite of the 3
