Does that sentence make sense to you or does it need to be broken down? He has posted numerous comments on the board that were derogatory and plain crude towards others in ALL the forums within the community. This is the reason he was banned.

To address your argument regarding freedom of speech... your argument is completely invalid. The First Amendment allows you to have the freedom of speech with limitations. If you believe that the First Amendment gives you full freedom of speech powers, then I ask you to go to an airport and yell "Fire". Secondly, the First Amendment doesn't apply here because the forum is owned and run privately.

Also, I find it very humorous that after running this site and forum for over a year, I've only had to ban two people from the forums and one person from the entire website. No one else on the forums has ever had to be banned. Why is this? Because the people here respect and appreciate one another. Everyone here has morals and values. Maybe you weren't raised well as a child, maybe you didn't learn any morals growing up, but it seems like everyone else here has. And the number of people joining is growing. We've had NO problems with people except for the occasional posting flooders and YOU.
