Well, there is the telephone and the computer. You can still try talking to her and at least try to be friends and see where that leads. Maybe she doesn't know that you are really interested. And, not for nothing, but that defeatist attitude won't get you anywhere. You have to believe in yourself a little more. The only way you get what you want in this world is by going after it. Don't wait for things to happen. Make them happen...Sorry, if I sound like some sort of geeky motivational speaker, but I have learned that if you want anything done you have to do it yourself.
