You right, venting does help a lot! This year around January, I got so depressed that I barely left the house except to go to the gym, when I was invited to friends houses I said no and stayed home cuz I didn't want to be around anyone, I treated my brother badly to cuz I just got very angry easily over the slightest things! I feel really badly about it to!
