If this makes the band happy then it's great news.

However, all this talk about them getting more promotion and therefore more attention and selling more albums is complete rubbish.

A great band should not rely on their label to shift albums. Creed would have been a success no matter who they were with - it's the band that sells, not the label. I don't think this move will have a dramatic effect on their fan base.

My prediction of their second album selling 150,000 in its first week still stands.


And I couldn't give a rat's ass if there are 4 Brazilians, 3 Swedes, 2 turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree on this thread. Coming from England, the most barbaric country the world has ever seen, I would gladly take all of you on - come and have a go if you think you're hard enough!!
