I am feeling sorta confused right now. I am not really sure what to do about everything that's going on in my life right now. I read in a magazine that you should take 10 minutes each night to make a quick to-do list of the things you need to get done the following day. No more then 10 and no more then you can realisticly (sp?) accomplish, and that it helps to prevent stress. I may have to try that.
