Things that make you go hmmm.....

I know this thread will not be for everyone but I love things that make me think...so what are some of your favorite quotes...
I'll start with...

~Know that God loves empty hands--Werner Bergengruen

~Sensuality, wanting a religion, invented Love.--Natalie Barney

~If Joan of Arc could turn the tide of an entire war before her eighteenth birthday, you can get out of bed.--E. Jean Carroll

**Just a note..to all the silly people what you post reflects on you...

These I have on my websites;

"You spend your whole life believing that you're on the right track, only to discover that you're on the wrong train."

"There's an old story about the person who wished his computer were as easy to use as his telephone. That wish has come true, since I no
longer know how to use my telephone."

others;

"Don't cry because its over, smile because it happened."

"Her kisses left something to be desired -- the rest of her."

"Life without you would be like a broken pencil." "How's that?" "Completely pointless."

"I have sworn upon the altar of God, eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man." - Thomas Jefferson

thats all I could think of now. I know I have a huge list of things.
