anyone notice that the name font on the CD cover is very similar (save for, perhaps, the R which, in Mason--the "Creed font"--has a long leg)?

Also, my guess is that since the album was released in Germany, they cannot sue an American band... laws in the US do not apply to other countries, thus they really have no say unless there is a national law regarding music. |

Also, the other Creed is not a huge nationally signed band... so 2 different levels of stardom might have something to do with it. I have seen huge and local bands with the same name and there is no problem. |

I think the reason there was no law-suit was because I noticed that the last thing they did was in 1995...two years before our Creed really came into the picture,I might be wrong but it makes sense.
