12 Stones
Anyone remember these guys? They're still on Wind-up :mad1: and they have a new album out just this past Tuesday titled Anthem for the Underdog. Anybody else bought/DL'd it yet?

Re: 12 Stones
I own their first two albums, and yeah, they are a very good band. I haven't downloaded the new album yet, but the samples that I've heard are quite good. I'll probably be getting the album sometime.

Oooo, I have to get this. I didn't like Potter's Field but I LOVE the first one. Thanks for the reminder.

Re: 12 Stones
I have the new CD. It's definitely very good, better than PF. I just saw these guys last night in concert and it was freakin' intense! They're an awesome live band.
Oh, yeah, and before I forget, I run a 12 Stones Fan site at 12stonesfans.com. Feel free to sign up and join the forums--I just put up some videos from the concert last night over there. |
Re: 12 Stones
Very cool on seeing them, titan!

Re: 12 Stones
Yeah, it's something I've been waiting for since probably 2003. I put up a couple of videos on YouTube. It was a very fun concert.
Now if I can just see Alter Bridge and Stapp in concert, my life shall be complete. :D |
Re: 12 Stones
:) I bought the album, but I haven't listened to it. Right now, I'm completely obsessed with Porcupine Tree and I can't stop listening to them.

Re: 12 Stones
Are you a Pt fan, Bearfan?????? Awesome, if so...
So, I finally listened to this. It is indeed better than the Potter's Field. I think the second half of the CD is a lot stronger. There is one song that so reminded me of a Cold song. It was like the exact same melody and riff. Weird! |
