Reclamation

She’s lost somewhere in yesterday…
Yearning for tomorrow’s that never seem to come
For there is only today…
Today we will do what we must
Today we will do what is expected…grin and bear it
For it is our lot…
It is required…
Yet, with a singleness of mind
And a realization of heart
Every “today” presents with many gifts…
Today may be the day of reclamation
A new beginning….
