Some songs are just meant to stay on the album, especially 8-min. numbers like WGMB. It's one of those songs that are meant to reward people for buying the album. If you heard it on the radio, what would be left on the album to hear, what with MS, Bullets, and sometimes SHWM already cruising the airways? As far as being too long, if it were a single, they'd probly cut most of the song out, which would just ruin a great song like WGMB.
