Thanksgiving appreciation going out to all the super special friends I have made through Creedfeed...and to the band for their music, messages and energy. :dancing: THANK YOU!!!

And infinite gratitude to the One Presence that sustains, nourishes and reminds me that there is a Peace inside.

In peace and with passion to love, serve and remember.

I'll second that, souldancer!!

Dogstar 11-26-2003 08:45 PM

Make that a three-fer!

All right......!!! Peace is GOOD! And, in times of this Christmas frenzy and Hallmark expectations.. I encourage each of us to check in with that feeling of Peace and Oneness to know that nothing can ever surpass that feeling of unity and divinity and gratitude.. Please try to not get caught up in that whirwind of ads, gifting, buying., pleasing, ....remember that YOUR PRESENCE is the greatest PRESENT. All the other is just STUFF that can be burned, buried, flooded, et ....what is really important is not of wordly things.
PEACE WITHIN and ALL AROUND YOU :peacelove:

Souldancer, you are very wise to remind us of the things that are truly important. Thank you.

Please also remember that with the "War On Terrorism", women, children and service people from around the world are still dying. A great toll has been taken, which the world will never be able to replace.

One life lost, is perhaps a life that would have changed the world for the better.

Please, Please, Peace.

Very well said, souldancer and whitebird. :D It's very easy to get caught up in the commercialism of the season and forget what is truly most important in our lives.

I read this quote of a great peacemaker and just loved it.

"To be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others." --Nelson Mandela

Dogstar 12-15-2003 10:35 PM

Nelson rocks. Thanks, SD :)

SCOTTSMYMAN 12-18-2003 08:37 AM

I've heard that before. It's an awesome quote!

Here is one for Christmas: " May we not "spend" Christmas or "observe Christmas", but rather "keep" it.

Sheila63 12-18-2003 08:14 PM

Great quotes, souldancer and Kris. Thanks for sharing.:)

Happy Birthday to the Prince of Peace! May we remember His great messages of peace, love and HOPE! Here is to practicing that in 2004.
