You know it is easy to forget the 'promises' that Bill and Hillary made while in office. It strikes home when it is listed like this:

After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed six and injured 1000; President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

BUSH COVERED IT!

After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

BUSH COVERED IT!

After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19 and injured 200 U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

BUSH COVERED IT!

After the 1998 bombing of U.S embassies in Africa, which killed 224 and injured 5,000; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

BUSH COVERED IT!

After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured 39 U.S. sailors; Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

BUSH COVERED IT!

Maybe if Clinton had kept his promise, an estimated 3,000 people in New York and Washington, D.C. that are now dead would be alive today.

BUSH TOLD THOSE FIREMAN -- THEY WOULD HEAR US TOO!

And, now that Bush is taking action to bring these people to justice, we have Democrats charging him with being a war monger...

AN INTERESTING QUESTION: This question was raised on a Philly radio call-in show. Without casting stones, it is a legitimate question. There are two men, both extremely wealthy. One develops relatively cheap software and gives billions of dollars to charity. The other sponsors terrorism. That being the case, why was it that the Clinton administration spent more money chasing down Bill Gates over the past eight years than Osama bin Laden?

THINK ABOUT IT!

It is a strange turn of events. Hillary gets $8 Million for her forthcoming memoir. Bill gets about $12 Million for his memoir yet to be written. This from two people who have spent the past 8 years being unable to recall anything about past events while under oath!

We don't want this woman to even THINK of running for President.

So whats your point?

Bush is hasty to go to war, and attack bunch of small countries around the world? If bully backed up by nukes is what you're looking for in president, than by all means....

Bush - hasty to go to war? May I remind you that he went through ALL the proper channels before we invaded Iraq. But the things is, he didn't have to!! Clinton didn't get UN approval when he invaded Bosnia. I am not saying he had to. But when liberals and democrats say that Bush should have gotten UN approval before he entered Iraq (which he did), they should remember that their "beloved president Clinton" did nothing.

Bush is not war hungry. He waited a long time. You saying that he is hasty to go to war is a bunch of bullsh*t.

You have a good day! (fag)

Good stuff, Colin and Al. I'm sick of people basing their opinion of how Clinton was far superior to Bush solely on the performance of the economy during their terms in office.

Bush - all the way.

Think about how scary it would have been after 9/11, if we didn't have Bush and it was Gore that was President (I shutter to think what Gore might have done).

Mu husband is an Air Traffic Controller. During his term, Clinton was very, very generous to them. At the other extreme, Bush wanted to cut their salaries. But I still have to go with Bush. And there couldn't be a nicer First Lady in Laura Bush. Hillary Clinton is just so damn annoying!

i'm glad Bush has been president these past few years. it made for some funny skits on SNL. I dont think the Al Gore impressions would have been quite as entertaining.

Ferrell as Bush (http://us.ent4.yimg.com/movies.yahoo.com/images/hv/photo/tv_pix/nbc/saturday_night_live_episode_photos/will_ferrell/snl3.jpg)

Actually, I've seen some funny Gore stuff. Presidential Bash 2000? Seemed like they got more jabs in at Big Gay Al in that one. Got me the audio files, he talks about the lock box, and other stuff, all in his patronizing tone. Bush sounds so much more cordial than Gore. I like, on Letterman, when they have the "George W. Bush Joke that's not really a joke" segment. That's funny stuff.

Jay Leno has a really good George Bush look-alike on from time to time. The skits that Jay has on are usually pretty funny, especially when they play their version of "Jeopardy"

Economy "fluctuates", of course. But when you have a decent economics policy it works fine.

ahhhh, what the heck. In my country we say there are 3 things we shouldn't waste time discussing with people from different views. They are: Soccer, Religion and Politics.

silly rabbit...

he did not go through all proper channels... he tried to but these channels said no to the war, and he still went to it.

and thew new documents about war in Iraq being planned from first weeks of his term, came up recently. He would had attcked Iraq for some reason or another, 9/11 was a blessing to him as it untied his hands and les him to attack about any arab country now saying that it is war on terrorism.

Well, it is up to those citizens' respective governments to join the US in war (hence why claims of a supposedly unilateral war were ridiculous, as we had support from, off the top of my head, Britain and Australia... sure we did most of the work, but there were/are other countries involved).
