The videos (and sound files) were taken by a member at alterbridgeband.net and are from Alter Bridge's show at the Swamp in Ft. Walton Beach, FL on May 23rd. The songs are not yet in final form, so things may change between now and when or if these songs show up on the next album.

If you want use these videos and sound files you must email her at
echelon122@aol.com. I'd like to ask that people NOT do video captures of these.
Also do NOT hotlink these videos, link back to the thread you find them in and credit to AlterBridgeFans.com and BehindTheRail.com (whichever board you get them from be it Pit, FOL, SR or ABB). Having watched the videos, I'm not sure what to say. The sound quality isn't that great and I can't hear Myles too well so I can't comment on his voice or the lyrics. The riffs sounded the same in all three songs but again, maybe that's the sound quality. But I dunno. I'm on the fence right now.

I know, i know....i am the best recording AB videos. I am just kiding ;)
Next week i am gonna record their new songs at their gigs in The UK and i will post them here or *most probably cause i had some clips stolen from i dunno who on youtube.com* who will be interested can pm me and i will send it privately.

that was just recently TGD...i mean, these were the first 2 shows they've played in a few months and he had long hair at the last leg of their last tour before this one...so, it was sometime in the past few months that he cut it.

I really doubt they'll keep "Bitch Slap" as the final name for that song, but I've been wrong in the past. And I agree with everyone that said 'good songs, terrible sound quality on the videos."

Bitch Slap is funny! It intrigues you and make you curious. As for "tie that binds" I'd have to check the lyrics before making my mind.

The best song so far is Come To Life, I'm loving it. "I'm not your new messiah and I'll not take you higher"... gotta love it! I hope they keep this line.

Chill out people, it's not directed at Stapp. By saying "NEW messiah" it makes pretty clear it's direct at Screw-Up records.

I haven't listened to any of the songs except "Bitch Slap", but that lyric DOES crack me up. :D
